This consist of hands on training in the complete line of Atova products including interior and exterior products. You will complete fifteen diffrent technique on sample boards for you portfoilio and three on regural drywall. You will receive certificate of completion, step by step instructional book, Video-dvd, products color card and 15% discount for all products. The fee for three day is $975.00
The overall objective of the 3-Day program is to provide a solid fundamental and working knowledge on all Atova Decorative Line. The Atova International Educational Facility was designed to demonstrate, train, and explore the multiple applications, techniques, and possibilities relative to the products Atova hosts and markets. By the end of the course, each student will have covered all aspects of each products general and specific properties.
Areas such as marketing and business strategy are focused on heavily throughout the period. The establishment of commercial, practical, and intended uses of each product will all become more evident as they are thoroughly examined during the course of events scheduled below. Additional topics such as job estimating, labor efficiency, and troubleshooting are all incorporated into the 3 day program. This jam packed week explores a multitude of practical and exotic profit making finishes. Begining with intense Venetian plaster, Marmorino, and Luna hands-on-training, the first section of the class focuses on the craft of Venetian Plastering and the many alternative applications, products, and strategies. Whether beginner or professional, our workshops cover the basics, as well as focus on optimizing technique and strategy for performance on the job.
Textures and Aggregate Finishes. In this section you'll start off by e xploring applications and products used to create Travertine Tile effects, Stucco Rustico, Faux bricks, Intonachino Islands, and many more. You'll design texture patterns with quality and flexible aggregates and open the doors to new possibilites. A key asset in the modern finishers portfolio, aggregate textures are flexible yet cure as real stone and marble. You'll learn to create various textures and later master them with faux finishing techniques. You'll open the doors to new and amazing possibilites with slaked lime textures such as MarmoFloat, MarmoQuartz, MarmoStone, Nahir and many More...
Faux with Texture
Most of us have expiramented with faux finishing, sponging, and ragging at one point or another, however, the faux with texture section opens the doors to sophisticated faux finishing over our designed textures. Using a wide range of tools, faux glazes and paints, you'll soon learn to create mineral based faux textures and finishes that sell. In this course you'll learn to creativly finish textures using reactive faux glazes. You'll also learn to create finishes that sell and are profitable.
